Fees Required in Addition to the Product Price
- Consumption tax (10%)
- The Enterprise plan includes 10 stores in its base price; each additional store from store 11 onward costs JPY 600 per month (excluding tax)
- Internet connection charges, communication charges, and the like are borne by the customer
Payment Method
Credit card payment (using the payment system of Stripe Inc.).
Payment Timing
- Monthly plans: billed automatically on the same day each month, counting from the application date
- Annual plans: billed automatically on the same day each year, counting from the application date
- No card charges are incurred during the free trial period
Timing of Service Provision
You can start using the Service immediately after payment is completed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You can cancel at any time from "Plan & Billing" on the owner screen after logging in, or from the Stripe Customer Portal
- Even after cancellation, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the contract period
- Due to the nature of the Service, we do not, as a rule, provide pro-rated refunds for cancellation partway through the contract period
- If the Service has a serious defect attributable to us, we will address it through separate consultation
