- Will I be charged automatically after the free trial?
- No. No credit card is required, so you will not be charged when the trial ends. To continue, register a card and choose a plan yourself.
- What happens to my bill when I add a store?
- Each plan includes a different number of stores. Standard includes 1 store and Chain up to 3. Enterprise includes 10 stores in the monthly price, and from store 11 onward each store adds ¥600 per month automatically (e.g. 13 stores = ¥6,980 + ¥600×3 = ¥8,780/mo). Remove a store and your bill drops from the next billing cycle.
- Can I change plans mid-subscription?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Plan Management in the owner dashboard.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel anytime from Plan Management → Stripe Customer Portal in the owner dashboard. We do not offer prorated refunds.
